With deep event and hospitality industry experience spanning over 12 years, we work closely with our clients to identify their business needs, developing tailored strategies and operational support to help them achieve their goals, seamlessly bringing together the key elements of projects and events with a personalised end-to-end service.

SARAH REED

Sarah is a highly organised, motivated, systems driven team leader, thriving on any opportunity to create detailed plans for execution to the highest level across various projects. 

 

Having worked in the corporate head offices of some of Australia’s leading hospitality groups, Sarah has significant experience in event management, business development, strategic planning and client relationship management.

 

With this experience she has gained insight into the strategies, operations and culture needed to create a dynamic and successful business in a highly competitive industry.

 

With a skill set applicable to any customer-facing business irrespective of sector, Sarah can work with all levels of management, adapting and seamlessly integrating into any team environment.

EMMA MCILROY

After a decade working across London’s most prominent venues & hospitality brands, Emma spent several years as the Head of Sales & Events at Soho House & Co devising and implementing sales strategies across the Group, including launching three new International Soho House projects. 

 

Following her move to Sydney to work for the powerhouse IMG under their Culinary arm, she later was hired as part of the core Sales team at the leading hospitality brand, Merivale. 

 

Emma most recently held the Head of Sales position for Lucas Restaurants in Melbourne working across their extensive portfolio. Here, she became an accredited leadership coach and nurtured a love of cultivating strengths in people and understanding the mechanics of high performing sales teams. This in turn, worked to enhance team culture and modelling a strong commitment to continuous improvement and ongoing business growth.
